Corporate & Organisational Collaborations
Human-centred development for leaders, teams and organisations navigating complexity, communication and change.
Organisations do not transform through strategy alone.
They transform through people: through the conversations they are willing to have, the trust they are able to build, the clarity they create, and the way leaders communicate when the pressure is real.
Selah partners with organisations to support leadership, communication, resilience and people-centred performance in a way that is practical, emotionally intelligent and grounded in the realities of modern work.
This work is not about adding more noise to already full calendars. It is about creating meaningful development spaces where people can pause, reflect, strengthen their self-awareness and return to their roles with greater clarity, confidence and connection.
The Challenge
Many organisations are asking more from their people than ever before.
Teams are expected to adapt quickly, communicate clearly, manage complexity, sustain performance, navigate change and remain engaged, often while carrying uncertainty, fatigue or competing priorities.
In these environments, development often focuses on skills, processes or performance outcomes. These matter. But they are incomplete without the human layer.
Selah supports organisations with the deeper people questions beneath performance:
How do leaders communicate in a way that creates clarity and trust?
How do teams stay connected when change is constant?
How do people speak up earlier, more honestly and more constructively?
How do professionals build confidence, presence and influence without becoming performative?
How do organisations create development spaces that feel both professional and psychologically safe?
My approach
My approach combines corporate experience, finance leadership, training design, positive psychology and coaching principles.
This allows me to bridge two worlds: the commercial reality of organisational performance and the human reality of what people need in order to contribute well.
Leadership & Professional Development
Leadership development workshops, communication and influence training, and confidence, voice and presence sessions.
Team Growth & Organisational Change
Change leadership workshops, people-centred transformation sessions, reflective team development, and emotional intelligence and self-awareness programmes.
Bespoke Specialist Collaborations
Bespoke workshops for women in leadership or emerging leaders, alongside finance business partnering and human-centred finance training collaborations.
Each engagement is designed around the needs of the organisation, the audience and the desired outcomes. The tone is professional, grounded and accessible, with depth that goes beyond surface-level motivation.
What Organisations Can Expect
Organisations can expect development experiences that help participants:
Communicate with more clarity, confidence and credibility
Build stronger relationships across teams and functions
Understand their own patterns, strengths and communication style
Navigate change with more awareness and less reactivity
Strengthen leadership presence without losing authenticity
Translate insight into practical workplace behaviour
Create more human, constructive and trust-based ways of working
The aim is not simply to inspire people for a day. The aim is to create insight they can use, language they can return to, and behavioural shifts that support healthier, clearer and more effective work.
Why Selah
Before founding Selah, I spent over a decade in finance, audit, real estate, private equity and leadership roles. I understand high-performance environments from the inside — including the expectations, complexity, communication gaps and emotional load that often sit beneath professional success.
I have also trained and facilitated with finance professionals and corporate groups, supporting topics such as business partnering, communication, influence, insight, change and leadership.
This gives Selah a distinctive position: deeply human development with commercial credibility.
The work is reflective, but not vague. Practical, but not shallow. Professional, but never disconnected from the person behind the role.
