Individual Coaching
A private space to reconnect with your voice, your clarity and the version of you that has been waiting beneath the noise.
There are moments in life when the way you have been functioning no longer feels like living.
You may still be capable. Still responsible. Still achieving. Still holding everything together on the outside. But internally, something feels quieter than it used to. Your sense of self may feel blurred. Your voice may feel muted. Your decisions may feel shaped more by expectation, survival, pressure or old patterns than by the truth of who you are now.
Individual coaching at Selah is a gentle, grounded space to pause, listen and begin returning to yourself.
This is not about fixing you. It’s not about forcing confidence, pushing through discomfort, or becoming a more polished version of who the world already expects you to be. It’s about creating enough safety, clarity and spaciousness for what is already within you to become audible again.
Who this is for
You may be drawn to individual coaching if you are:
Feeling disconnected from your own needs, desires or identity
Struggling to speak up clearly, especially in relationships, work or leadership spaces
Navigating transition, burnout recovery, emotional overwhelm or a season of personal rebuilding
Outwardly successful but inwardly unsure who you are beyond performance, responsibility or adaptation
Tired of constantly adjusting yourself to be understood, accepted or approved of
Sensing that something needs to change, but not yet knowing what that change is
Often, the issue is not that you lack wisdom. It is that your inner wisdom has been buried beneath noise, fear, responsibility, survival strategies, over-functioning or years of self-abandonment.
Selah creates a space where you can begin to hear yourself again.
My approach
My coaching approach brings together reflective coaching, positive psychology, leadership development and trauma-informed principles in a way that is grounded, human and deeply respectful of your timing.
We work with both the practical and the personal: the words you use, the patterns you repeat, the decisions you avoid, the environments that shape you, and the deeper beliefs that may be quietly influencing how you show up.
Reflect
We explore the patterns you repeat, the decisions you avoid, the environments that shape you, and the deeper beliefs that may be quietly influencing how you show up.
Reconnect
This may include values and identity exploration, voice and boundaries work, emotional clarity, nervous-system-aware reflection, journaling and strengths-based development.
Move Forward
We support through personal or professional transition. The pace is intentional. We do not rush insight. We make space for clarity, choice and aligned action.
What you can expect
The outcome is not a louder version of you. It is a clearer one.
A version of you who can speak with more honesty. Choose with more alignment. Lead with more presence. And return to life with a deeper sense of inner permission.
-
Reconnect with your inner voice and sense of self.
This includes understanding the patterns that may be keeping you small, silent or overextended, and developing a more grounded relationship with your own emotions, timing and intuition.
-
Build language for what you feel, need and want, and strengthen your confidence in boundaries, communication and self-expression.
This is about feeling more able to speak with honesty, clarity and self-trust, rather than constantly adjusting yourself to be understood, accepted or approved of.
-
Move from reaction into clarity, choice and personal authority.
The outcome is not a louder version of you. It is a clearer one. A version of you who can choose with more alignment, lead with more presence, and return to life with a deeper sense of inner permission.
Why Selah
Selah was born from lived experience as much as professional training.
After years in demanding finance and leadership environments, I understand what it means to perform well while feeling internally disconnected. I also know the quiet cost of adapting so deeply that you lose touch with your own voice.
My work integrates corporate leadership experience, positive psychology, coaching practice and recovery-aware principles to support clients in a way that is both deeply human and practically grounded.
This is coaching for the person beneath the performance.
